Alarmed by a strange man talking to puppies in the park, Max is relieved to find it is only Sarge working undercover to teach pups about “Stranger Danger” however further confused for Sarge really did look like a stranger. Sarge and the band teach Max how to distinguish strangers as well as how to find adults you can trust.
