Frankie, male twin parrot is a mail carrier that works in the Parrot Delivery Service office to make sure that each day the residents of PAW City receive their parcels. He is also the town gossip because he has a tendency of repeating things he hears. Frankie is a member of “The Biscuit Band™” and Sings backup and plays percussion instruments.
